Q1. What kind of craft/parts you can service?
A: Turning parts, milling parts, CNC center parts,Swiss-type CNC Lathe MachiningCNC lathe parts, electrical discharge machining(EDM), shaft machining parts, screw machining, grinding,knurling, drill hole etc.
Q2. What is the tolerance you can make?
A: For standard can reach to 0.002mm. The best can be 0.001mm.
Q3.How big the part can be made?
A: Depends on the drawing.Generally the 100mm long and 50mm big are easy for us. Pls share drawings to check more details.
Q4.Can you sign the non disclosure agreement(NDA)?
A: Yes, we are highly respect on original designs, will agree client with the requirement. All of opening cases on website are with customer's permission. There are still lots of professional cases on secrecy that didn't show.
Q5. Can you help with surface treatment and assemble?
A: Yes, we have one stop solutions/suppliers on surface, own workers for assemble with responsibility.
Q6. What is the MOQ?
A: Sample/protopyte is available. Any quantity acceptable. Feel free to let us know your purchasing amount.
Q7. What kind of file format we should provide?
A: 2D or 3D is enough to quote. Pls send anyone of below with your advantageous.
- 2D: jpg, png, gif, pdf.
- CAD：dwg, dxf, pdf.
- 3D: step, igs, prt.
Q8. What is the cost?
A: Cost assess againest the material+machining process technology. Pls send drawing and details for best quotation.
Q9. How long to get the quote possible?
A: The fastest a mins quote on line, or no more than 12 hours.
Q10. How long for sample/prototype?
A: The fastest on the day finish, or no more than 7 days after order confirming.
Q11. How long for fabrication?
A: The fastest a couple of days depends on quantity and machining , it can be negotiating for urgently order.
Q12. What kind of the detecting instrument do you have?
A: There are micrometer, dialgauge, roundness tester, roughmeter, hardness tester, projector, straightness tester, vernier caliper；I:fixture
